I'm currently a dropout trying to get my diploma. I was wondering if there are any ways of getting my diploma online. a friends of mine are finishing school that way and i was wondering if they diploma is actually valid or not.

There is a resource called www.insightca.net that provides an accredited High School Diploma for fee as long as you meet certain criteria. These requirements are listed on their website. There are other HS Diploma programs online however many of them charge you and they may not be accredited.

My grandson, just turn 18 yrs old, dropped out of school. Is there anything I can do? or is it to late since he is already 18 yrs. old?

The high school that he used to attend should have an adult school in their local area. It might even be on campus. You can contact the Diploma Project Adviser or PSA Counselor at your student's school and they can help you specifically with more options.
